You will need:
200g light digestive biscuits
90g light butter
250g light cream cheese
100g Skinny Food Co Chocaholic Hazelnut Spread
30g cocoa powder
6 strawberries, halved
How To Make Cheesecake Bites:
1. Crush 200g of light digestive biscuits and melt 90g of light butter. Mix these together in a bowl, before using a tablespoon to divide the mixture into your cupcake tin.
2. Using something small and blunt, pat down the mixture to create the solid buttery biscuit base.
3. In a separate bowl, add 100g of Skinny Food Co Chocaholic Hazelnut Spread to 250g of light cream cheese and stir until it's mixed together.
4. Add a tablespoon (or divide evenly) to each biscuit base and allow to set in the freezer for 4-5 hours.
5. Once set, sprinkle over 30g of cocoa powder and top with a halved strawberry!
