Other Popular Pavlova Flavours
Whether you're making a large pavlova cake or individual pavlovas for your guests, there's such a wide variety of flavours that can be made and enjoyed, we particularly enjoyed switching it up this week with our toffee pavlova, so here are some other classics:
- Raspberry Pavlova - With fresh fruit and a berry compote, you can't quite beat the original flavours of sweet berries and cream
- Chocolate Pavlova - Whilst meringue isn't traditionally a chocolate dish, a chocolate pavlova can be made incredibly good, pair it with a chocolate hazelnut spread for a chocolate hazelnut pavlova result, alternatively keep it simple with some chocolate sauce & strawberries.
- Mixed Fruit - From kiwis to blueberries, a traditional mixed fruit pavlova contains a variety of seasonal fruits sitting on top of the delicious crisp meringue nest often accompanied by a lemon curd sauce
