Contrary to popular belief, frozen cocktails and frozen drinks aren't just for summertime! Making frozen daiquiris can be ridiculously fun and they can be easily customised for a wide variety of cocktail flavours.
In the run-up to Christmas, at Skinny Food Co we've been creating and customising our own cocktail ideas using some of our best-selling cocktail mixers & ice tea syrups, and we truly believe that this recipe is the winner of them all! In fact- we've made it several times and perfected the cold drink by adding more fruity flavour, changing the alcohol content and adding some great decorations.

- Martini Glass or Tall Cocktail Glasses
- Straws, Umbrellas & Other non-edible decorations make the perfect drink.

How To Make A Strawberry Daiquiri
This simple strawberry daiquiri recipe is easy to follow and only contains 4 ingredients, from most of our cocktail recipes available online this one is definitely one we recommend for beginners as it's easy to perfect and even easier to customise to your own personal preferences.
- Start by choosing the perfect glass, we recommend martini glasses or any tall cocktail glass.
- If you plan on doing a sugar rim, we recommend doing this now. To do so, simply rub fresh lime juice over your glass rim and then hold the top of the glass face-down in a shallow dish containing white granulated sugar. Gently turn the glass through the white sugar until coating the rim of the glass evenly.
- Next, take your blender pitcher and add to it the ice, strawberry mint & elderflower iced tea syrup, white rum and frozen fruit and blitz for 45 seconds, until you have a slushy consistency.
- Pour your strawberry cocktail mix directly into your martini glass and begin with decorations.
- For decorating you can choose to skewer fresh fruit on skewers, or you can even balance strawberry or lime slices on the chilled glass. Either way, you'll have an absolutely delicious cocktail that will outshine all past and future cocktails!
