Bakewell Baked Oats Recipe 

Bored of your usual baked oats recipe? Not a fan of using egg in your baked oats? Then this recipe is for you! If you love all things cherry, almond and white chocolate then you are in for an absolute treat! These baked oats have the perfect melt in the middle white chocolate centre and are oozing with our delicious Black Cherry Jam!

Cherry Bakewell & White Chocolate Baked Oats

Serves 1

Ingredients:

  • 50g SFC porridge oats
  • 1 scoop Snickers White Chocolate Whey
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 200ml almond milk
  • 40g SFC Black Cherry or Raspberry Jam
  • 20g white chocolate
  • 30g frozen cherries
  • 5g flaked almonds

Method:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees fan
  2. Blend the oats, protein powder, baking powder and almond milk and add water to loosen the mixture a little if need be (should be pourable)
  3. Pour half into an oven proof & microwaveable dish and pop in the microwave for 1 minute
  4. Now top with the jam and white chocolate & pour over the rest of the oat mixture
  5. Add the cherries and the flaked almonds
  6. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes
  7. Allow to cool a little, serve and enjoy!
