Brie and Cranberry Parcels

Ingredients:
- 375g Pre-rolled puff pastry / frozen puff pastry
- 125g French Brie - Cut into 12 individual cubes of brie
- Skinny Food Co Cranberry Sauce
How to Make Brie & Cranberry Filo Parcels
- Preheat the oven to 190 degrees / Gas Mark 5
- Roll out the block of puff pastry and using a knife or pizza cutter cut it into 12 identical pastry squares.
- Taking your individual squares and your muffin tin, press each piece of pastry strips into a muffin cavity
- On a separate chopping board, dice your piece of brie into 12 cubes. You can also use any leftover brie from your cheeseboard if you have to hand.
- Place a cube of brie into the centre of each puff pastry cup and top with a small dollop of cranberry sauce
- Bake for 8-10 minutes in the preheated oven until the puff pastry squares are golden
- Serve alongside some extra cranberry sauce for dipping

How long will the Brie stay melted?
Brie cheese parcels are notorious for not staying gooey long, if you're serving for a dinner party it's best that these are the last dish you serve so that everyone can enjoy them whilst they're hot and fresh!
