 A super easy, super delicious, no-bake dessert, this creamy Salted Caramel Yogurt Bark is a perfect cool-down treat for the hot summer months that are on their way. What better way to celebrate National Caramel Day than with this delicious looking treat! 

Using our Low Sugar Salted Caramel Spread, this recipe will satisfy all of your sweet cravings, without having to worry about adding extra sugar or calories to your daily intake. This recipe idea is a great way to get the kids in the kitchen, and with our huge selection of spreads, you can experiment with so many different flavour combinations!

Ingredients:

300g Fat Free Natural Yogurt

150g Frozen Raspberries

30g SFC Salted Caramel Chocaholic Spread

How to make Yoghurt Bark: 

1. Pour out 300g of Fat Free Natural Yogurt onto a lined baking tray, making sure the tray is covered in an even layer of yogurt. 

2. Sprinkle over 150g of Frozen Raspberries - we've broken up our raspberries a little too! 

3. Next, melt your Salted Caramel Chocoholic Spread in the microwave in 10 second intervals until it soft. Drizzle 30g of the spread all over the tray and leave in the freezer to set.

For the whole tray, there is 334 calories, 35g of carbs, 12g of fat and 12g of protein. This can be broken up into bite sized pieces, the size is up to you!
