I have photographed all across the United Kingdom, I have also had the pleasure to photograph weddings across Europe including Finland & Chamonix France

Photography has been a passion of mine for a number of years. I have photographed all across the United Kingdom, I've also had the pleasure to photograph weddings across Europe including Finland & Chamonix France

From 10 guest Civil Ceremonies to a 600 Guest London Wedding, I have photographed many weddings. Each Wedding is different and unique to each couple, and I throughly enjoy capturing the characteristics of each day! 

I left the Army at 24, at this time I was around 15 stone (95kgs). Obviously, upon leaving the Army, playing football once a week wasn't the same as what it was in the forces - so eventually, this hobby stopped. I then found myself drinking and eating the same without the exercise.

After adopting this unhealthy lifestyle, over the next 12 years I found myself yo-yo’ing at around 18st to 20st (114kgs to 127kgs). One day in November 2020, at my biggest, I was ashamed to step on the scales.

As soon as I realised this, I knew for my own physical health (and mental health), I had to do something about it. This time it was different, and something clicked. 

I researched food and learnt about eating high volume low calorie foods. My weight slowly came off, just by making slight changes in the kitchen.

Leaner cuts of meats, enjoying 0% greek yoghurt, and eating more vegetables helped to improve my overall diet. 

How has The Skinny Food Co helped you along your journey?

In April 2021 I came across Skinny Food Co, and I was gutted I hadn't come across them sooner.

I first bought the Chocolate Sauce which was a fantastic addition to my Greek yoghurt and protein shakes. I then raided their Website and eventually bought plenty of varieties of sauces.

What is your favourite Skinny Food Co product?

My favourite product is the Bubblegum & Salted Caramel Syrups - the latter is an amazing addition to my coffee its a great way to make my ice coffees in the evening.

It feels i've found a cheat code with some of their products, the fact I can have an iced “costa” style coffee with caramelised biscuit flavour for the fraction of the calories is a win in my book. 

My new lifestyle change has taken me from 125kg to 93kg in 10 months, and I can't wait to continue my journey!
