Maltesers Fudge
This fudge is an absolute game changer! Combining our classic Skinny Food Co Smooth Peanut Butter with our Maltesers Protein Powder, this fudge melts in your mouth and gives you all the crunchy Malteser yumminess! Plus it's packed full of protein too ... winning!
Maltesers Protein Fudge
Makes 20 pieces
Ingredients:
- 200g Skinny Food Co Smooth Peanut Butter
- 50g melted coconut oil
- 2 scoops (50g) Maltesers Protein Powder
- 50g Skinny Food Co Maple Syrup
- 1/2tsp salt
- 5 drops SFC Vanilla Cheesecake Drops
- 100g Maltesers
Method:
- Line a square tin with baking parchment
- Combine all of the ingredients (saving a small handful of Maltesers to one side) in a bowl until fully mixed
- Transfer to the tin and press down with the back of a spoon until even
- Crush the leftover Maltesers, sprinkle over the top of the mixture and press down lightly into the top using the back of a spoon
- Pop in the freezer for at least 3 hours or preferably overnight
- Using the parchment paper, lift the fudge out of the tin and using a knife cut into 20 equal pieces
- Serve and enjoy!
