How To Make Chocolate Muffins

Making a healthy chocolate muffin is easy and delicious! To start, you'll need to gather your ingredients. You'll need Our Skinny Food Co Double Chocolate muffin mix, two large eggs, 25ml of oil, and 85ml of water. Once you have all the ingredients ready, it's time to get baking!

Step 1: Preheat the oven (200°C / 180°C Fan / 400°F / Gas Mark 6) and add the muffin cases to the tin

When making healthy chocolate muffins, it is important to preheat the oven to the correct temperature. The ideal temperature for baking these delicious treats is 200°C (180°C Fan / 400°F / Gas Mark 6). This will ensure that the muffins are cooked through and have a light, fluffy texture.

Once the oven has reached the desired temperature, it's time to add the muffin cases to the tin.

Step 2:  In a medium bowl,  add Muffin mix, 2 large Eggs, 25ml oil + 85ml water to a bowl Mix the ingredients together until well blended

Step 3: Spoon the mixture evenly into 9 muffin cases

When making healthy chocolate muffins, it is important to spoon the mixture evenly into 9 muffin cases. This will ensure that each muffin is the same size and shape, and will bake evenly. To do this, use a large spoon or ice cream scoop to measure out the batter for each case. Place the spoonful of batter in the centre of each case, then gently spread it out

Step 4:  Bake in the centre of the oven for 12-13 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean

Step 5: Allow the muffins to cool for 10 minutes before serving
