Watermelon Slushie


This recipe is perfect for those hot summer days! The combination of frozen watermelon, strawberries and lime with our delicious zero calorie, zero sugar Mojito Cocktail Mixer means this drink is the ultimate refreshment and only 85 calories too! And … if you fancy a tipple, you can just add in your favourite spirit! 

Serves 2

What you will need:

  • 350g fresh watermelon (cubed & then frozen)
  • 200g strawberries
  • Juice from 1/2 a lime
  • The leaves from 2 sprigs of mint
  • 150ml SFC Mojito Cocktail Mixer

How To Make Watermelon Slush

1. Add the watermelon, strawberries, mint leaves, lime juice and Mojito Cocktail Mixer to a blender and blend!

2. Serve over ice in a glass and garnish with lime and a little strawberry. It is as easy as that! 

These will be perfect as a refreshing drink in the garden, for a summer children's party or add vodka, gin or rum for an adult only slushie cocktail!
