At The Skinny Food Co, we love taking family favourite meals such as a good old-fashioned burger and making them guilt-free. We partnered with Eddie Hall (THE BEAST!) to create a completely guilt-free range of classic cooking sauces, high protein alternatives and more. Our Eddie Hall Range offers sauces such as Kebab Sauce, Burger Sauce, Jamaican Sauce, Tikka Mayo, Protein Wraps, Burger Thins and more!

Before you begin: You’ll need the following appliances & accessories: 1 Large Mixing Bowl, 1 Large Skillet, Cling Film & light chopping board

The Method

Step 1: Prepare your veggies, shredding the lettuce, chopping the onion & chilli & slicing the tomato and pickles, then set aside.

Step 2: In a large mixing bowl, mix together the mince, paprika, egg yolk, green chilli, garlic, salt & pepper.

Step 3: Divide the mince mixture into 4 medium-sized meatballs

Step 4: Using a large pre-heated skillet, place one of the balls in the centre of the pan, cover with a square piece of foil and using a spatula press down, flattening as much as possible. Remove the foil, after 2 -3 minutes flip the burger cooking the other side. Layer a slice of cheese on the cooked burger side and repeat with the remaining meatballs.

Step 5: Assemble the burger - taking the BEAST American Burger Sauce, spread it across the burger thins, layering lettuce, tomato, two beef patties, red onions & pickles and finally topping with some extra sauce.
