Raspberry Cheesecake Croissants


A perfect weekend breakfast, these Cheesecake Croissants are sure to be a huge crowd pleaser with your guests. Not only do they look amazing, they taste super delicious too! Using our Zero Calorie Raspberry Ripple Syrupyou can add the refreshing, sweet flavours of raspberry and vanilla to your breakfast, but adding no sugar and no calories. 

Serves 4

Raspberry Cheesecake Croissants with raspberry ripple sauce

You will need: 

  •  4 croissants
  • 125g light cream cheese
  • 30ml Skinny Food Co Raspberry Ripple Syrup
  • 30g icing sugar
  • 150g raspberries

How to make: 

1. Add 125g of light cream cheese to a bowl with 30ml of Skinny Food Co Raspberry Ripple Syrup. 

2. Mix this together, and sieve the icing sugar into the bowl, stirring this through (leave a small amount of icing sugar to sprinkle over the croissants later).

3. Slice open 4 croissants, spooning in the cream cheese mixture. 

4. Top the cream cheese with fresh raspberries and close the croissants. To serve, top the dish with the remaining icing sugar.
