How To Make Peanut Butter Cookies


Step 1: Preheat the oven to 180c/ 160c fan/ gas mark 4 and line two baking trays with baking parchment paper.

Step 2: In a medium bowl, add the natural peanut butter and sugar and mix with a wooden spoon until combined. 

Step 3: Scoop the dough into small balls and place them on the baking sheet

Step 4: Bake for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown.

Step 5: Remove from oven and let cool before serving.

 Vegan Peanut Butter Cookies 



Much like our non-vegan version, this recipe is straightforward and simple to make. 


Step 1: Preheat the oven to 180c/ 160c fan/ gas mark 4

Step 2: Place all wet and dry ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix together until a dough is formed.

Step 23: Once the dough forms, begin breaking the dough into balls, by taking chunks of dough and rolling them in the palm of your hand.

Step 34: Place the balls of dough on a baking tray that has been lined with parchment paper 

Step 5: Bake for 10-12 minutes
