Making a chocolate cake is surprisingly easy and can be done in just a few simple steps.

2. In a large bowl, mix together the sugar, cocoa powder, gluten-free flour and baking soda.

3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, Skinny Vanilla Syrup and vegetable oil until combined.

4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.

5. Pour the cake batter into the prepared cake tin and bake for 30-35 minutes or until a skewer inserted into the centre of the cake comes out clean.

6. Allow the cake to cool in the tin for 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.

7. Once cooled, spread the  Skinny Chocaholic Chocolate Hazelnut Syrup across the top of the cake, allowing it to drip down the edges.

8. Finally, top with the Skinny Chocaholic Chocolate Malt Balls and enjoy!
