How To Make Cereal Bars

These homemade cereal bars, made with our Low Sugar ingredients are the perfect addition to the kid's lunchboxes, would make a delicious breakfast, or even an afternoon snack. A delicious combination of some of our best selling products- 100% Smooth Peanut Butter, Zero Calorie Maple Syrup and our Low Sugar Chocaholic Hazelnut Spreadthe entire family will love these low sugar cereal bars! 

Makes 12

You will need:

100g Honey Hoops cereal

80g Puffed rice cereal

100g Skinny Food Co Smooth Peanut Butter

40ml Skinny Food Co Maple Syrup

30g Skinny Food Co Chocaholic Hazelnut spread 

Homemade Cereal Bars

Low Sugar Cereal Bars

 1. To a mixing bowl, add 80g of Puffed Rice Cereal and 100g of Honey Hoops Cereal. 

2. Stir in 100g of Skinny Food Co Smooth Peanut Butter and 40ml Skinny Food Co Maple Syrup. Once mixed together, pour into a greased baking tray. 

3. Drizzle over 30g of our Skinny Food Co Hazelnut Chocaholic Spread. 

Melt the Skinny Food Co Hazelnut Chocaholic Spread in the microwave for 10 second intervals until it has reached your desired consistency. 

4. Allow to set in the freezer for around 30 minutes, and then slice into snack bar pieces.
