Thinking about hosting a festive dinner party? No holiday party would be complete without these golden brown Brie and Cranberry parcels. Made with Puff Pastry Sheets and our delicious fat-free, gluten-free & sugar-free cranberry sauce.

We thoroughly make these for any special holiday event you have coming up whether that's a buffet-style party or an intimate dinner gathering with your closest family, the sweet cranberry sauce combined with the filo pastry and the melted brie cheese is absolutely delicious and offers the true taste of Christmas.

How to Make Brie & Cranberry Filo Parcels 


  1. Preheat the oven to 190 degrees / Gas Mark 5
  2. Roll out the block of puff pastry and using a knife or pizza cutter cut it into 12 identical pastry squares.
  3. Taking your individual squares and your muffin tin, press each piece of pastry strips into a muffin cavity 
  4. On a separate chopping board, dice your piece of brie into 12 cubes. You can also use any leftover brie from your cheeseboard if you have to hand. 
  5. Place a cube of brie into the centre of each puff pastry cup and top with a small dollop of cranberry sauce
  6. Bake for 8-10 minutes in the preheated oven until the puff pastry squares are golden
  7. Serve alongside some extra cranberry sauce for dipping 


Can you freeze Brie & Cranberry bites? 

Yes! These frozen parcels will last up to 2 months in the freezer 

How long will the Brie stay melted?

Brie cheese parcels are notorious for not staying gooey long, if you're serving for a dinner party it's best that these are the last dish you serve so that everyone can enjoy them whilst they're hot and fresh!

How can I make these the star of the show? 

If you're looking to include these as more of a main feature to your evening meal, then don't stop now! You can create much larger Brie & Cranberry parcels and top with fried Pancetta for a Brie, Bacon & Cranberry extravagant pastry dish!
