Meet Ugur
I have been living in England for about 2.5 years. I have been interested in fitness for about 8 years. I have a basketball license and a level 3 personal trainer certificate. I am currently doing 1-1 pt session and online coaching at The Gym Group.
What got you into bodybuilding and lifting?
I was a professional basketball player. I had an unfortunate injury when I was in high school. My meniscus was torn and I had to have surgery. Later, the doctor told me that I needed to strengthen my leg muscles. I also signed up for the gym. After continuing the training, when I saw the reactions of my body, I fell in love with the gym and it has now become a part of my life.

This question is really hard to answer because I love all the products the most but low calories pasta, noodles and of course all the Virtually Zero© Calorie Skinny Sauces.
How has the Skinny Food Co helped you achieve your goals?
The bodybuilding competition process is a really challenging and tiring process, especially the food part, you have to do hard diets for 4-5 months, but I went through this process without any difficulty thanks to Skinny Food Co products, Skinny Food Co was my biggest help in this process.
What would you say to others who wish to achieve their goals?
Everyone wants to achieve something, but few can achieve it. Whenever you think about giving up, remind yourself why you started. Be smart, find solutions instead of complaining and work hard.
