Meet Laura

My name is Laura, I’m from Llanelli, South Wales. I’m 30 years young and live with my fiancé Alex, we have a beautiful 3 year old daughter and 5 year old fur child Buster. I started my weight-loss journey/lifestyle change in sept 2020 and took up running and to date have lost over 5 stone.

Why did you choose The Skinny Food Co?

As I calorie count and like to be accountable for my food, I came across The Skinny Food Co products and instantly loved them. The fact they are low calorie were even better and I felt no guilt what so ever when consuming

 

How has The Skinny Food Co products helped you?

Your products helped me mainly for controlling my calorie intake, the coffee syrups I substituted for sugar in my coffees and still to do this day. I love your spreads and jams, they are delicious and my go to for bagels, porridge, toast - and for the calorie content it’s just a winner for me and they taste so good! I also found your chocolate products helped keep me on track and helped me sort my sweet tooth. 

What do you love the most about The Skinny Food Co products?

I love the products as they are all tasty and low in calories which is what attracted me the most. There is still a whole lot I haven’t tried yet but will definitely do so. If I like something I tend to stick to them and will always try new ones if I come across them.

What is your favourite Skinny Food Co product?

My favourite product is too hard to say, but if I had to choose it would be the choco drops & any form of chocolate - but I also LOVE the jam and go through them so quickly.
