Unlike a regular smoothie, smoothie bowls are thicker in consistency meaning you can eat them with a spoon and can be topped with anything you like or simply enjoyed as they are! This one combines refreshing watermelon with zingy pineapple and is made perfect by adding in our zero calorie, zero sugar Pina Colada Cocktail Mixer! You're sure to love it and it's perfect for summer!
Serves 2
What you will need for the smoothie bowl:
- 300g fresh watermelon (cubed and frozen)
- 250g frozen pineapple chunks
- 250ml no sugar coconut milk
- 150ml SFC Pina Colada Cocktail Mixer
For the toppings:
- 40g SFC Blackcurrant Jam
- 20g low sugar granola
- 6 strawberries halved
How to make:
1. Add to the blender your watermelon, pineapple, coconut milk and Pina Colada Cocktail Mixer and blend until smooth
2. Add the smoothie mix to a bowl and top with your choice of toppings.
