We're back with another baked crumpets recipe but this time with a twist! You can recreate this using our Skinny Food Co Chocaholic Spread and Banana Peanut Butter ... pure deliciousness!

Chocolate, Banana & Peanut Butter Baked Crumpets
Serves 1
Ingredients:
- 2 crumpets
- 1 large egg whisked with 50ml no sugar almond milk
- 5 drops Skinny Food Co Vanilla Cheesecake Drops
- 15g SFC Banana Peanut Butter
- 1/2 a medium banana
- 15g SFC Chocaholic Hazelnut Spread
Method:
- Preheat your oven to 180 degrees fan
- Take your crumpets, cut them in half and spread half the Peanut Butter on to them
- Mash the banana and top the crumpet halves with it
- Whisk the egg and milk together, adding the flavour drops
- Add the crumpet halves to an oven proof dish, layering them at an angle
- Pour over the egg and milk mixture
- Pop in the oven for 15-20 minutes until the crumpets are golden
- Whilst warm, drizzle over the rest of the Peanut Butter and the Chocaholic Spread
- Serve and enjoy!
