  • 30g cup of cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 30g cup of cucumber, diced
  • 30g  cup of bell peppers, diced
  • 30g cup of red onion, diced

  • 100g  cooked lean protein (chicken or shrimp)

How to make pasta salad

 

1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and rinse with cold water.

2. In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, tomatoes, cucumber, bell peppers, red onion and olives.

3. Add in the cooked lean protein of your choice.
