Do you sometimes find that breakfast can be boring and repetitive? You need these muffins in your life! A delicious combination of oats, apple and cinnamon with a delicious salted caramel centre makes for the ultimate breakfast muffin that can be eaten on the go too!

How To Make Salted Caramel Muffins

  1. Combine the chopped apple (reserving a handful for later) with all the wet ingredients and then add dry ingredients and mix well
  2. Grease a muffin tin with SFC spray oil
  3. Add 1/2 the mixture to 9 muffin holes
  4. Add 5g of salted caramel spread to the middle of each muffin
  5. Top with the rest of the mixture
  6. Sprinkle over the left over apple and a few more porridge oats
  7. Bake at 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes until golden
  8. Leave to cool a little before serving and ENJOY!
