Fuelling Esports Scotland for the Commonwealth Esports Championships
The Commonwealth Esports Championships are set to take place this weekend in Birmingham from the 6th - 7th of August at the International Convention Centre, the British Esports Association. The 2022 Championships will feature multi-genre titles, including a MOBA title, and individual and team sports-based titles with participation from Esports athletes from across the Commonwealth.

We understand that professional Esports athletes are often, but not always, much younger than other sporting athletes. Unlike other sports, Esports athletes' careers peak by their early- or mid-20s. Due to their careers starting so early, they have to mature quicker than normal and learn about their nutrition and how this could have a huge impact on their performance.
Not only that, Esports athletes are stationary for a prolonged period of time, so it is even more critical they are aware of the snacks that they consume during their matches and training sessions.
They need to ensure they keep their concentration high and do not get any nasty sugar spikes. That’s where we come in. We have supplied the Esports Scotland team with a range of low sugar and high protein snacks to enable them to perform to the best of their ability.
