We're back with another baked crumpets recipe but this time with a twist! You can recreate this using our Skinny Food Co Chocaholic Spread and Banana Peanut Butter ... pure deliciousness!

Chocolate, Banana & Peanut Butter Baked Crumpets

Serves 1

Ingredients:

Method:

  1. Preheat your oven to 180 degrees fan
  2. Take your crumpets, cut them in half and spread half the Peanut Butter on to them
  3. Mash the banana and top the crumpet halves with it 
  4. Whisk the egg and milk together, adding the flavour drops
  5. Add the crumpet halves to an oven proof dish, layering them at an angle
  6. Pour over the egg and milk mixture
  7. Pop in the oven for 15-20 minutes until the crumpets are golden
  8. Whilst warm, drizzle over the rest of the Peanut Butter and the Chocaholic Spread
  9. Serve and enjoy!
