Lotus Biscoff Cheesecake
This Biscoff Cheesecake is utterly delicious and contains a good 17g of protein! It's the perfect dessert if you are wanting to help hit your protein goals for the day but still enjoy something sweet! We flavour the cheesecake base with our incredible sugar free Salted Caramel & Vanilla Barista Syrup which gives the perfect amount of sweetness! It's sure to be a dessert you make over and over again!

Biscoff Cheesecake Ingredients
- 20g porridge oats
- 10ml Skinny Food Co Salted Caramel & Vanilla Barista Syrup
- 80g fat free Greek yogurt
- 80g Lightest Philadelphia cream cheese
- 15g Lotus Biscoff Spread
- 12.5g light squirty cream
- 1 Lotus Biscoff Biscuit Cream
Biscoff Cheesecake Recipe
1. In a bowl, mix the porridge oats with the Skinny Food Co Salted Caramel & Vanilla Barista Syrup and line the bottom of a small glass with the mixture. This forms your cheesecake base.
2. In another bowl, mix the yogurt, cream cheese and Biscoff spread together until fully combined and add to the glass, using it to top the cheesecake base. This is your filling.
3. Put the glass into the fridge for 2 hours or in the freezer for 30 mins until it has set.
4. Once set, remove from the fridge or freezer and top with your squirty cream and the Biscoff biscuit. Serve and enjoy!
