Meet Chloe, 

I’m a proud vegan primary school teacher, living in South Wales with my Husband & rescue cat and for as long as I can remember, I’ve battled with my weight, I’ve never felt truly happy with my weight until recently. I wanted to lose 1.5 stone for my wedding (which I did). But I didn’t want to stop there, I knew I was actually succeeding and I could continue to push myself for improvements. 

Since January 2022, I have lost over 5 Stone, with my latest goal to improve my body composition and compete in figure shows in 2023. 

Why did you choose to use the Skinny Food Co products?

As a vegan, it’s always harder to find a variety of sauces that are suitable for our diet, sometimes you can be lucky and find ‘accidentally vegan’ products, but it takes a lot of label reading and due diligence to really find the best products. 

But with Skinny Food Co-Products, it was easy, plain as day on the bottle ‘Vegan-friendly’ and I was amazed by the flavour ranges, flavours and sauces I never thought I would ever be able to have again

The quality is also fantastic, they’re brilliant and complement meals without adding tons of calories. 

What are your favourite Skinny Food Co products?

I really don’t think I could pick just three products, there are so many products that I absolutely love and use as part of my day-to-day or my treat days that I couldn’t go without, so here’s a list of my all-time favourites:

And that’s narrowing down! There are actually hundreds of others that I absolutely adore, and would recommend everyone trying. 

How has Skinny Food Co helped you achieve your goals?

Without The Skinny Food Co-Products, I doubt I would’ve continued on my journey with as much commitment as I have because I know how disheartening it is to be on such a restrictive diet, you feel like there is no joy in meals or dishes. 

But I never feel like that with Skinny Food Co products, I’ve learned to create amazing recipes and substitute usually high calorific products with my Skinny Food Co substitutes, and now I’d never look back. 

What would you say to others who wish to achieve their goals?

It’s never too late to start, if you’re unhappy making those first steps is the hardest part, but once you choose to do it for yourself, you’ll never look back. 

If you put in the work today, tomorrow’s you will thank you for it.
