The Perfect Gluten Free Breakfast

The Perfect Gluten Free Breakfast - theskinnyfoodco

What a lot of our customers don't know is that a wide range of our products is gluten-free; including our Zero Calorie Sauces, Zero Calorie Syrups, High Protein Snacks, Fat-Free Noodles and Barista Coffee Range. Because of this, we are consistently creating delicious dishes using our products combined, and you guessed it right, we're going to do the same for you today.

In this article, you will find a tasty breakfast recipe that we have created using our Vegan and Gluten-Free Egg Replacer and Gluten-Free Bread Mix. All you will need is the following ingredients:

-Vegan Egg Replacer, equivalent to two eggs

-Gluten-Free Bread Mix

-Quorn Bacon

-1 Medium Tomato

-½ Red Onion

-Sugar Free Tomato Sauce

-Follow the directions on the Gluten-Free Bread Mix to create a loaf of our tasty bread. Once baked and left to cool, cut off two slices of the loaf.

-Mix our egg replacer, tomato, parsley and onion in a bowl. Heat a frying pan and add our Low-Calorie Cooking Spray.

-Fry the bacon until cooked through. Add the egg mixture so that it fills the entire pan. Once cooked on one side, flip it over to create an omelette shape before folding.

-Put your two slices of bread into the toaster and then add the omelette on top. To finish off, drizzle the Skinny Food Co Tomato Sauce on top, and there you have it, the perfect vegan-friendly breakfast for any day of the week.

Don't forget that you can use our powdered Egg Replacer in other dishes too; cakes, cookies and casseroles, to name a few. It's also high in fibre, only 38 calories per serving, Non-GMO and low in sugar. No longer do vegans have to miss out on their favourite breakfasts or sweet treats!

In terms of our Gluten Free Bread Mix, we have made it our mission to get the recipe exactly right for everyone to enjoy; you won't have to miss the usual Hovis after you try this tasty mix! As a bonus, it is low in sugar, carbs, Non GMO and only 44 calories per serving, not to mention, of course, high in fibre.

We hope that we have given you some inspiration when using these two cruelty free products. If you need more information on them or would like to see what other scrumptious meals they can make together, keep an eye on our socials and blog because we're always sharing what we make in The Skinny Food Kitchen!
