Do you love a sweet treat throughout the day or even something sweet for breakfast? If you do then you must try our delicious Not Guilty Cups. See below for the ingredients and method to make these. 100ml Unsweetened Almond Milk
2 tsp #NotGuilty Maple Syrup
1-2 slices fruit loaf
A little butter/oil spray for greasing
Handful of berries
Pre heat your oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
Combine the egg, almond milk and Maple Syrup in a bowl with a fork.
Tear the bread into small chunks and add to the egg mixture. Make sure all the bread is coated and leave to soak for a couple of minutes.
Divide the mixture between two lightly greased cupcake/muffin tins and top each one with a few berries.
Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes until cooked through and golden.
