-4 medium potatoes, thinly sliced
-3 tbsp of gram flour
-Handful of fresh coriander.
-100ml of water, for the batter
-1tsp Curry Tandoori spice mix
-1tsp Garam Masala spice mix
-1/2 tsp cumin powder
-1/2 tsp coriander powder
-1/2 tsp turmeric
-1/2 tsp chilli powder.
-Oil to shallow fry
