Double Cookie Brownie Bites

Double Cookie Brownie Bites | theskinnyfoodco

These delicious brownies have been made using our bakery mixes – making them low calorie in comparison to ones you would pick up in the supermarket! Enjoy a layer of cookie dough, topped with indulgent brownie with extra cookie dough and chocolate spread to finish.

Ingredients:

  • ½ packet of Low Calorie Brownie Mix
  • ½ packet ofLow Calorie Chocolate Chip Cookie Mix
  • 44g Edible Cookie Dough Mix (mixed with 5ml of coconut oil and 10ml water)
  • 1 tablespoon of Chocolate Duo Spread

 

Method:

  • Preheat the oven to 180C and line a small dish with baking paper.
  • Mix half a pack of our Chocolate Chip Cookie Mix with a little extra water and layer in the bottom of the dish (roughly 30 ml of water and 115ml of oil). Place in the oven and bake for 10 mins.
  • While the cookie mix is in the oven, mix together half of our Chocolate Brownie Mix (following the packet instructions) and pour over the cookie layer.
  • Bake in the oven until the brownie layer feels firm and cooked in the middle. This should take roughly 6/7 minutes.
  • Remove from the oven and allow to cool while making the cookie dough.
  • Mix two portions of our Edible Cookie Dough Mix, adding water gradually and mixing until a crumbly texture is formed.
  • Crumble on top of the Cookie Dough Brownie.
  • Finally, warm a tablespoon of our Chocolate Duo Spread in the microwave for 10 seconds and drizzle across the top.
  • Cut into 8 portions before tasting!
