Chocolate Peanut Butter Cookies
These Chocolate Peanut Butter Cookies are so easy to make and so delicious too! Enjoy them as a snack, a dessert with some low calorie ice cream, enjoy them on the go or pop in your children's lunchbox! (They'll definitely thank you for it!) These cookies are palm oil free and higher in protein using our incredible Smooth Peanut Butter and drizzled in our low sugar Chocaholic Hazelnut Spread meaning they're healthier all round! What's not to love?!

What you will need:
- 95g ground almonds
- 20ml Skinny Food Co Maple Syrup
- 50g Skinny Food Co Smooth Peanut Butter
- 30g Skinny Food Co Chocaholic Hazelnut Spread
How to make:
1. Preheat your oven to 180 degrees and line a baking tray with baking paper
2. In a bowl, mix together your ground almonds, maple syrup and peanut butter until you have a soft cookie mixture
3. Roll your mixture out into 6 even balls and place on the lined baking tray before pressing down with your fingers to flatten into a round cookie shape
4. Bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes and then allow to completely cool
5. Melt your chocaholic spread a little in the microwave (only for a few seconds!) and drizzle over each cookie
6. Pop the cookies in the fridge for 30 minutes to allow the chocaholic spread to set, serve and enjoy!
