However, what if we told you that we could make our brownies even more delicious?
In today’s blog post, we are going to give you our brownie mix in three ways; making sure we are covering all grounds and tastes. The question is, which will be your favourite? For our brownies, you will need the following ingredients:
1 Packet of our Low Sugar Brownie Mix
1 Large Egg
110ml Water
20ml Oil
Directions:
-Preheat the oven to 160 degrees fan, 180 degrees non-fan. Then, add greaseproof paper to a brownie dish.
-Add our Low Sugar Brownie Mix, the egg, water and oil to a mixing bowl. Mix well so that you’re left with a gooey mixture.
-Bake in the oven for 10 minutes and there you have it! All you need to do is cut your gooey brownies into squares and you can indulge.

Peanut Butter Brownies

-60g Skinny Food Co Smooth Peanut Butter
To make Peanut Butter Brownies, add the large dollop of our Low Sugar Smooth Peanut Butter to the mixture while you stir. Make sure you don’t fully stir in so that you create a marble effect.
