Salted Caramel Mince Pie Twists
There’s nothing like the classic taste of a mince pie in the winter … except this time, there’s a twist …
You will need:
1 sheet light puff pastry
100g SFC Salted Caramel spread
50ml SFC Mince Pie Syrup
- Roll out your sheet of light puff pastry on a grease proof paper lined baking tray. Cut down the middle, leaving two equal sides.
- Spread our Salted Caramel Chocoholic Spread generously over one half and top this with our Mince Pie Skinny Syrup.
- Place the other half of the light puff pastry over the top and using a pizza cutter, or a knife, cut into 14 equal strips.
- Holding a strip on both ends, twist them.
- Bake on 200 degrees for 20 minutes.
This delicious recipe makes 14 delicious crispy twists, with only 121 calories each! These also contain 14.2g of carbs, 6.8g of fat and 1.5g of protein per twist.
White Chocolate Tiffin
This next treat combines two of everyone’s favourite treats – chocolate and marshmallows! Don’t sweet the small stuff, this next one is amazing…
You will need:
150g light digestive biscuits
50g mini marshmallows
50ml SFC Golden Syrup
100g SFC White Chocaholic spread
- Put your light digestive biscuits in a sealed bag and crush these up with any heavy duty kitchen utensil.
- Emptying these into a mixing ball, add the mini marshmallows, our Skinny Food Co Golden Syrup and the Hazelnut Chocoholic Spread and mix together.
- Line a deep tray with grease proof paper and pour in the mixture. Allow this to set and cool in the fridge.
- Once cooled, apply the White Chocoholic Spread and allow this to set in the fridge too.
This gorgeous tiffin can be split into 16 equal pieces with only 115 calories in each slice. This also contains 15.7g of carbs, 6.1g of fat and 1.1g of protein.
White Chocolate Raspberry Puff
Christmas is all about having fun – these White chocolate raspberry puffs covering in rainbow sparkles are perfect treat for all the family!
You will need:
1 sheet light puff pastry
30g SFC White Chocaholic Spread
1 tsp Rainbow sprinkles
- Roll out your sheet of light puff pastry and split into two equal halves. Spread our Skinny Food Co Raspberry Jam over one half.
- Place the other half of the pastry on top, and using a fork, press the edges together. Score the inside of the edges with a knife.
- Bake on 200 degrees, for 25 minutes on a tray.
- Drizzle our white chocoholic spread over the top, and sprinkle Rainbow sprinkles (the more mess, the better!)
This recipe makes 8 delicious slices of fruity and colourful goodness! With only 151 calories, 19.3g of carbs, 7.1g of fat and 2.4g of protein per slice, these are the perfect treat for everyone!
