Wraps are a popular lunch, crammed full of your favourite meat or meat-free options. They’re filling, high in protein and, if you make them right, absolutely delicious...
Plus, they’re really easy to make and pop into a lunchbox. Finish with some salad and low-calorie sauce, and you’re onto a winner.

BBQ Chicken and Roast Pepper
It might be a poplar pizza topping, but we’ve given it a healthy twist. Simply oven cook a chicken breast and some chopped red pepper, and slice into strips. Then, add these to the tortilla with some of our Honey BBQ Sauce, green salad and a sprinkle of cheese from our Vegan Cheese Shaker.
Toasted Veggie Bacon, Cheese and Tomato
Not quite as portable, but quite a few people are working from home. Grate some cheese, and slice up a tomato before making into a wrap. Place into a panini press for a couple of minutes until the cheese has melted and the outside turns golden brown. Pour some of our Smokey Baconnaise Sauce into a pot and dunk between each mouthful!
Prawns are low-calorie and high in protein which makes them perfect for meeting your goals. Simply mix some fresh prawns with our Sexy Sauce and layer into the wrap with some baby gem lettuce, tomatoes and cucumber. So tasty you might need to make more than one!
Middle-Eastern Inspired Falafel and Humous
The perfect meal for our vegan friends! You can make your own falafel and humous or pick some up at the supermarket. Simply spread a thin layer of humous across the wrap before adding spinach, thinly sliced red onion, tomato and crumbled falafel. Finish with a drizzle of our Sriracha Sauce and fresh coriander before rolling it up and digging in.
Sweet and Sour Turkey
Looking for a low-fat option for lunch? This is perfect and won’t have you craving a takeaway either. Add grated carrot, lettuce, turkey breast and some pineapple (controversial we know!) into the wrap before topping with a big drizzle of our Sweet & Sour Sauce.
