In celebration of National Peanut Day on the 13th September, we thought we’d dedicate today’s article to all things nutty. Here at The Skinny Food Co, we have several nut-tastic products on offer to our customers that would make the ideal accompaniment to any breakfast, lunch or dinner. We were astonished at this number, and we can only imagine that you are too. But you'll be happy to know that both of our extremely yummy smooth and crunchy peanut butter, as well as our Zero Calorie Peanut Butter Syrup, are all palm oil-free.

1) Peanut Butter Syrup

Our first recipe is dedicated to our Zero Calorie Peanut Butter Syrup which is not only fat-free but peanut-free too! That's right, even our peanut intolerant customers can enjoy this nutty goodness all over their breakfast too. 

Our inspiration for this recipe has come from Sarah from @mrsb.loves.ww and she has created an incredibly delicious breakfast bonanza which is porridge mixed with our Chocolate Flavour Syrup and banana slices drizzled in our Peanut Butter Syrup, finished off with a Grenade Carb Killa Protein Bar crumbled on top. A quick, easy but ridiculously yummy breakfast idea for you all.

2) Smooth/Crunchy Peanut Butter

Secondly, we have our peanut butter without palm oil. Who doesn't love PB on toast anyway? Behold Samm from @eatingmean's scrumptious breakfast that she has made using our Espresso Martini Drops, Chocaholic Spread and Smooth Peanut Butter.

Samm has coated a bagel with our Smooth Peanut Butter, banana slices and a splash of our Chocaholic Spread and has accompanied it with a protein shake mixed with our Espresso Martini Drops for a high protein morning meal. Our products make this classic breakfast low in sugar and even more flavoursome.
