It can be used in a huge variety of ways, but first, try using it in a milkshake. Summer is the ultimate time to start enjoying icy-cold drinks and this one is no exception. Top a strawberry shake with some whipped cream and lashings of this glittery syrup. It tastes as good as it looks, and if you want to make fitness gains – just substitute the milkshake for a protein shake. Tasty and good for you – what more could you want?
These sunny mornings might mean you’re eating less porridge, but you’ll want to start again once you’ve topped it with this syrup. The best one we’ve made so far is with berries, our low-sugar jam, some white chocolate chips and a big drizzle of unicorn syrup. If you’re looking for something a little more indulgent, try some delicious doughnuts. Melt some of our white chocolate spread and unicorn syrup in a bowl to make a glittering glaze which rivals Krispy Kreme – and contains a lot less sugar. Simply dip the doughnuts in the gooey chocolate and allow to set in fridge before eating.
It also works as icing for our Low Sugar Double Chocolate Chip Muffin Mix.
Simply top with some of our white chocolate spread as a substitute for buttercream and then drizzle the syrup over the top with some extra chocolate chips. Utter indulgence!
