Dalgona Chocolate Whip
Lockdown has brought with it a new viral trend - the dalgona coffee. A whipped morning treat with only three ingredients, but have you tried making it with chocolate spread? A milkshake with a twist, this simple recipe can be made with a large spoonful of our Chocoholic Duo Spread and one-third of a cup of double cream whipped in a bowl. And if you miss the caffeine kick, just add a teaspoon of coffee powder! Top a glass of milk with this delicious whip and enjoy on a sunny afternoon. Just check out the creation we made below...
Chocolate Swirl Loaf
We absolutely love baking at the moment and this recipe is the perfect way to use our new spread. The loaf cake tastes amazing fresh out of the oven, and even better the next day with a dollop of jam on top. Breakfast, afternoon snack, pudding - there’s never a bad time to indulge in this mouth-watering treat.
Chocolate Puff Pastry Twists
Dessert doesn’t get better than these tasty twists – and they’re super easy to make! All you need is a sheet of puff pastry, a beaten egg and some of our new Chocoholic Duo Spread. Simply roll out the pastry, cut in half and cover with the spread. Sandwich both halves together and cut into long strips. Twist a few times, place on a tray and brush with egg wash. Oven cook for roughly 15 minutes at 180C or until golden brown.
Chocoholic Banana Overnight Oats
We did say we wanted to move away from breakfast ideas, but this delicious recipe NEEDS to be included in your daily routine. All you need is equal amounts of oats and milk (depending on how hungry you get), a spoonful of flaxseeds or chia seeds, 1/2 a banana sliced into small chunks and a large spoonful of our Duo Spread. Mix all the ingredients in a jar and leave in the fridge overnight before eating the next day! Yum…
